From platform shift to commercial advantage.
The next front door to a business understands what the customer wants to accomplish. The commercial question is where that capability creates a useful experience—and what to build first.
Discuss your challenge ↗Choose the useful opportunity
For brands and technology companies, AI commerce decisions should begin with the customer journey and the business need. Where does the customer lose momentum? What knowledge, context, or action would help? I advise on choosing an opportunity, shaping the commercial story, and deciding where a first experience deserves investment.
From search to intent
An intelligent front end connects a person’s goal to relevant knowledge, a workflow, or an action. In commerce, that might mean helping a customer compare suitable options or connecting a conversation to shoppable looks. In service, it might mean getting the person to the right next step. The interface is only useful when it reduces the distance between intent and outcome.
A perspective across platform shifts
My career spans mobile commerce, brand apps, and AI. The selected work on this site includes Kith loyalty, Ralph Lauren, Ask Ralph, and DICK’S Sporting Goods. These experiences from my commercial career inform how I connect brand priorities, customer behavior, and enterprise opportunity.
Connect the experience to the commercial plan
I advise on the value proposition, audience, platform relationships, enterprise positioning, and business case for the experience. The work is to connect what technology makes possible with what the business needs to achieve. Product and implementation responsibilities should be clear before an engagement begins.
Bring the next decision
If you are evaluating conversational shopping, agentic commerce, or an intelligent front end, tell me what your customers need, what you are considering, and where the team is stuck. We’ll work through the customer need, the business case, and what deserves investment first.
